• Scope boundaries: what's included in the monthly fee and what triggers a separate invoice
• Content calendar and approval process: deadlines for client review and what happens if they miss them
• Account access clause: which accounts, what level of access, and confirmation that credentials will be returned on termination
• Monthly retainer terms: payment due date, what happens to that month's work if payment is late
• Community management: whether responding to comments and DMs is included, and response time expectations

• Termination: notice period required by either party, final invoice, and account off-boarding steps
